Bender Barre None: This is one of the safest methods of Barre training for the fitness professional that will not over utilize the student’s hip flexors creating low back pain or even injuries. Ours focuses on the body’s ability to lengthen against gravity and applied functional exercises for all levels of students. (Beginner to Advanced)
Functional Strength: Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
HIIT Circuit: Circuit combines cardio training, strength training, core training, and functional training, in timed intervals…to get you fit. (Intermediate to Advanced)
Metabolic Conditioning: A mix of structural and compound exercises containing both strength and cardio movements with little rest in between exercises. This is to help in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workouts.(All Levels)
