Choose from 30-45 minute cycling classes along with combo classes of 30 minutes of cycling along with strength, yoga or core!
Class offerings:
Challenge Ryde: Get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. Take your training to the next level with this intense ryde. (Intermediate to advanced)
Express Ryde: Join us for this fast pace, get in and get out cycling workout. This will be an intense 25-30 minute ryde to burn some calories and make you sweat.
Intro Ryde: New to ryding? This session is perfect for beginners who want to get a great workout but want to start off with the basics. Learn to maneuver these amazing bikes while burning lots of calories. (Beginner)
Real Ryde: A high energy class geared for all levels. Perfect for the new Ryder and challenging for the experienced cyclist. (Beginner to Advanced)
