Real Ryde Circuit: This session will have you working on and off the bike and emphasizes total body toning and strength. This high energy class caters to all levels. You will do 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes of functional strength. (Intermediate to Advanced)
Real Ryde + Core: During this session, you will be on the bike for a 45 minute Ryde followed by 15 minutes of core work. (Beginner to Advanced)
Real Ryde +: This workout will change weekly so check the schedule. You will always do 40-45 minutes on the bike followed by a metabolic or functional training session or a yoga or bender barre session. This session will vary in length from either 75 minutes to 90 minutes.
Yoga Ryder: This session combines cardio, muscle toning and flexibility to create an all in one workout. We start with 30 minutes of ryding to warm up, get our sweat on and build some energy. From there, we go immediately to our yoga mats and use our energy to STRETCH our energy in 30 minutes of asanas, flows and a final relaxation.
