Semi-private training.

A 45-60 minute training session custom built to fit each individuals’ needs. You will get a program created for your personal goals while training within a semi-private group fully dedicated to achieving your fitness and performance goals. Semi-private groups include a maximum of four participants.

By training with a friend or a semi-private group, you will push and motivate each other to get the most out of each quality workout. Not only that, you will also have fun!

Training with a friend or semi-private group is not only more fun, but it will increase your support system for achieving superior results and making personal training more cost-effective for each person.
